Match and Spark is a talent agency representing leading creative professionals from Eastern Europe, including directors, directors of photography, and set designers.
Match and Spark needed a digital platform that could clearly present a diverse roster of talent while remaining intuitive and efficient to use. Visitors had to be able to explore artists’ profiles, review their work, and search across videos and photo sessions by subject and tags. The website also needed to support a key business goal: enabling clients to assemble complete creative teams in one place, while staying fully aligned with the brand’s strategy and visual language.
Our task was to translate the agency’s identity into a functional and expressive digital experience. We designed a structured yet flexible system that prioritises usability and discovery, while extending Match and Spark’s visual language. The concept is built around the metaphor of fire — a symbol of creative ignition and collaboration — expressed through motion, composition, and rhythm across the interface.
A distinctive and highly usable platform that reinforces the brand’s identity and supports the agency’s day-to-day work. The website is widely used and recognised within the industry and has directly contributed to new project enquiries from clients operating in the same creative field.
